I'm driving across the country and had the good fortune of having dinner at Leadbelly last night and boy was it great great setting but most of all Ashley behind the bar was amazing. I'm vegan and she suggested the best dish to put together for me it was amazing also had me taste a couple of beers that was great and was just friendly and very welcoming. Ashley es la mejor e hizo que mi experiencia con Leadbelly fuera increíble.
Loved it!! Awesome burgers! Sports bar and good food. Lots of fun cheering for Husker basketball on the tv's on a Saturday. In the Hay Market which is a neat area of Lincoln with lots of restaurants in walking distance.
We sat outside with our dog. The staff & restaurant are super dog friendly. They have a dog menu & special dog treats. My husband had a hamburger which he enjoyed. I had the veggie burger & fries. It was delicious. We highly recommend this place.
This place has some top-notch burgers. I got the raspberry beret (without buns this time) and was so glad both the raspberry and peanut butter sauces were in their own containers so I could save some of it as dips because they taste SO good. Both the bacon strips and the fries were super crispy, and the entire combination is just perfection. 🍔
Went with some friends and ordered a few different things. Everything was well made and in pretty good timing, the waitress was kind and on top of everything, and the outdoor patio was great we just picked a busy time were there was a lot of traffic going by. All together it was a great experience and the prices of meals were good.
We took visiting family to see downtown and they wanted to try LeadBelly. We warned them to bring their appetites because the servings are huge and you'll want to try to finish it because it's delicious. They were as impressed as we were! The server was pleasant and knowledgeable. Everyone loved their food and the ambiance is casual, clean and cool, my favorites. It's reasonably priced. I've had the cocktails on separate occasions and they're on point as well.
I ordered one All-American burger at LeadBelly restaurant for carry out. The Burger was so delicious and French Flies as well.
We tried City Slicker with chips & Queso we also did the Royal Mountie burger. Freakin amazing. The fries and crisp and really good.
We were seated right away on a Friday night, which was a pleasant surprise. The patio seating was a great vibe and perfect for a relaxed evening. They had a decent beer selection with something for everyone. The food was unique and flavorful—definitely not your average menu. We especially loved the variety of dipping sauces you can order for the fries—such a fun touch! Would definitely come back.
This is a special place. I don't say that often but my son and I came here for lunch. Since I was camping, I needed a dog friendly location (2 Boston Terriers in tow on a hot summer day).
